Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj is developing a film about the Tarun Tejpal rape case, inspired by the Bombay High Court's conviction of Tejpal in 2023. The film will be a Rashomon-style narrative, exploring different perspectives on the case. Bhardwaj has read the 527-page judgment multiple times and plans to approach the story as fiction.
