Suriya's latest outing, Vishwanath And Sons, has made a remarkable impact at the box office, shattering the ₹110 crore barrier in just three days of its theatrical run. The Tamil-Telugu family romantic drama, which hit cinemas on August 14, has been performing exceptionally well across various regions, with its collections showcasing a strong upward trend.

According to box office tracking site Sacnilk, Vishwanath And Sons collected an estimated ₹20.55 crore net in India on Day 3 across 4,876 shows on Sunday, with an overall occupancy of around 53.2%. Although this figure was lower than the ₹22.25 crore net reported on Saturday, the film still managed to add more than ₹20 crore to its India net total on its third day, taking its three-day India net collection to ₹58.15 crore. Its India gross collection stands at ₹67.22 crore, with the film estimated to have earned ₹10 crore overseas on Day 3, taking its cumulative overseas gross to ₹43 crore.

Combining its India and overseas earnings, the film's worldwide gross has reached ₹110.22 crore after three days. The film's performance was divided between its two language versions on Sunday, with the Tamil version recording an estimated India net collection of ₹11.80 crore, and an occupancy of 49% across 3,031 shows. The Telugu version, meanwhile, collected approximately ₹8.75 crore net in India, with an occupancy of 60% across 1,845 shows.

As the film enters its fourth day of theatrical run on Monday, August 17, it will be interesting to see how well it maintains its momentum during the working days.
