The Bollywood couple celebrated the new addition by posting a sweet announcement card on social media that featured illustrations of the two little girls, and the parents revealed the names as Vira Ranjan Seal and Mahi Ranjan Seal.
Seal shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, writing, “My sunshines are here to brighten our lives. Our hearts are full of love and gratitude. Vira ♾️ Mahi #TeamGirl.” The couple’s joy was evident as they thanked fans for their support and expressed gratitude for the new chapter in their lives.
Anushka had previously announced her pregnancy in May 2026, explaining that they had delayed the public reveal to allow themselves time and to manage the overwhelming emotions that come with sharing such personal news. She noted that even announcing her wedding had been easier than this, but she now feels at peace and relaxed as people respond with love and support.
The couple met in June 2017 at an event organized by Anushka’s NGO, Beti, and after a few years of dating, they married in Mumbai in November 2021. Nearly five years into their marriage, they are now parents to twin daughters, marking a bright new chapter for the Bollywood duo.
