Veteran director Kuku Kohli, best known for launching Ajay Devgn with his debut film Phool Aur Kaante, died after a heart attack at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. The 77‑year‑old passed away on Tuesday, leaving behind his wife Aruna Irani and two daughters. His career included hits like Haqeeqat and Zulmi, and his final project was Woh Tera Naam Tha in 2004.
