The actress and entrepreneur was eliminated in episode eight, after a season that had her playing the role of an innocent contestant. Despite her efforts to convince the other members of the circle that she was not a traitor, doubts lingered and she was voted out before she could reach the final stage of the competition.
During her final speech, Chakraborty broke into tears and addressed the group, saying, “I had a great time with all of you. You all became my family away from family. But I really love all of you. I am sorry if I pointed fingers at the circle of shaq, to Krystle (D’Souza), Sahil (Salathia), Mallika (Sherawat), but it is just a game and I hope we can still be friends outside the game.” She went on to declare, “This felt like deja vu. Roses are red, violets are blue. I am in my Chapter two. How dare you? I am an innocent. Always have been. People will make dirty memes out of it.” She added that she is “the most trolled person in the country” and that her role in the game would only distract from the real traitors.
