The film, directed by Girish A. D. and starring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju, has accumulated a net collection of ₹43.55 crore in India after six days of release. Its gross earnings in the domestic market stand at ₹50.90 crore, while overseas markets have contributed ₹58.50 crore, bringing the total global gross to ₹109.40 crore as of Wednesday, August 26.
Day‑six figures revealed a significant uptick in audience turnout, with the movie enjoying an 82% occupancy across 2,150 screens in India. This is a sharp rise from the previous day’s 69% occupancy, underscoring the film’s growing momentum. On that day, the film added ₹5 crore from overseas markets, helping it reach the reported worldwide total.
The film’s day‑by‑day performance shows a steady climb: opening with ₹4.90 crore net on Friday, it rose to ₹7.15 crore on Saturday and peaked at ₹8.80 crore on Sunday, the highest single‑day net collection in the first six days. Monday and Tuesday brought ₹6.90 crore and ₹7.90 crore respectively, and Wednesday matched Tuesday’s ₹7.90 crore, marking the highest occupancy yet.
Plot-wise, the story follows Ashley, who moves into a new neighbourhood and develops a romance with her neighbour Justin.
