Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has entered a new lease agreement for a 2,727‑square‑foot office in Mumbai’s Goregaon East. The space, situated on the 14th floor of the E‑Wing at Lotus Corporate Park in the Graham Firth Steel Compound, will be occupied by QuantumX Global Private Limited under a five‑year contract that began on September 5, 2026.
According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the lease spans 60 months and carries a total rent of ₹4.84 crore. The monthly rate starts at ₹7.30 lakh and is set to rise by 5% each year, reaching approximately ₹7.67 lakh in year two, ₹8.05 lakh in year three, ₹8.45 lakh in year four, and ₹8.87 lakh in year five.
Roshan’s real‑estate activity has been in the spotlight again, following last month’s deal where he leased a nearly 6,000‑sq‑ft office in Andheri West to Clearsynth Labs Limited for ₹17 lakh per month over five years. The Andheri property, located in Lotus Nilkamal Business Park on New Link Road, included seven units and parking spaces, with a security deposit of ₹68 lakh.
The Roshan family’s property transactions also feature parents Rakesh and Pramila Roshan, who leased an apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu‑Vile Parle Development scheme for a three‑year term, earning an estimated ₹1.89 crore in rent. The flat, on the second floor of Hiralaya Building on N.S. Road, was leased to Asavari Rajopadhye, with the agreement registered on August 24, 2026.
Neither Hrithik Roshan nor QuantumX Global Private Limited has commented on the new lease, but the series of deals highlights the actor’s active involvement in commercial real estate alongside his film career.
