Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has signed a five‑year lease for a 2,727‑square‑foot office space in Mumbai’s Goregaon East. The lease, registered on August 31, 2026, places the property on the 14th floor of the E‑Wing at Lotus Corporate Park, within the Graham Firth Steel Compound. The actor is leasing the premises to Quantum X Global Private Limited for a total rent of ₹4.84 crore over the entire term.
The agreement sets the lease and rent commencement dates for September 5, 2026, and stipulates a 5% annual escalation on the monthly rent. The first year’s monthly payment is ₹7.30 lakhs, rising to about ₹7.67 lakhs in year two, ₹8.05 lakhs in year three, ₹8.45 lakhs in year four, and approximately ₹8.87 lakhs in year five. Summing these amounts yields the ₹4.84 crore total.
Roshan’s move adds to his growing footprint in Mumbai’s premium real‑estate market. He has previously been linked to several property investments in the city, and Goregaon East has become a notable commercial and entertainment hub with numerous office developments.
