The actor is leasing the premises to Quantum X Global Private Limited for a total rent of ₹4.84 crore over the entire term.
The agreement sets the lease and rent commencement dates for September 5, 2026, and stipulates a 5% annual escalation on the monthly rent. The first year’s monthly payment is ₹7.30 lakhs, rising to about ₹7.67 lakhs in year two, ₹8.05 lakhs in year three, ₹8.45 lakhs in year four, and approximately ₹8.87 lakhs in year five. Summing these amounts yields the ₹4.84 crore total.
