The highly anticipated trailer for the upcoming film "Aasha" has just been unveiled, marking the first on‑screen partnership between veteran actress Urvashi and actor Joju George. The teaser showcases a tense showdown between the two leads, with Urvashi’s character confronting Joju George’s role in a dramatic exchange that promises to set the tone for the rest of the movie.
In addition to the central conflict, the trailer introduces Aishwarya Lekshmi as the daughter of Urvashi’s character, while veteran actor Vijayaraghavan also appears in a pivotal part of the story. The plot centers around an unexpected accident that triggers a series of gripping events, offering audiences a fast‑paced, edge‑of‑your‑seat experience.
The film will be released in five languages and is produced by Vinayaka Ajith under the banner of Ajith Vinayaka Films, a studio known for backing notable titles such as "Ponman" and "Gaganachari." The ensemble cast also features Ramesh Girija, famed for his role in "Pani," and other notable talents.
Debutant Safar Sanal directs the movie, with the screenplay and dialogues co‑written by Joju George, Ramesh Girija, and Sanal himself.
