Cinema VinesUditi Singh, a contestant on the upcoming season of Bigg Boss 20, addressed rumours that she might be entering the show alongside her former boyfriend, actor Karan Wahi. In a recent episode, she clarified that even if Karan had joined the house, he would simply be another participant in her eyes, and that she has long moved past their relationship.
During the episode, Uditi spoke candidly about her past romance with Karan, who is currently competing in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. She explained that the two first connected over a mutual interest in a London restaurant, eventually meeting in person after Karan had been in the city for three days. The couple began dating after two months, and during the lockdown she had relocated to India, looking for a job in a multinational company while staying close to him. They discussed marriage plans before their breakup in 2022.
When the topic came up in the house, Uditi said, “If he had come along, he would have been just like any other contestant to me. There are so many people here whom I don’t talk to.” She added, “There is no such issue for me; I moved on a long time ago.” The interview saw her tear up, prompting fellow contestants Mahhi Vij and others to offer comfort.
Uditi’s remarks came after speculation that she might have entered Bigg Boss 20 with Karan. Instead, she joined the show independently, and the episode marked the first time she publicly discussed her former relationship with the actor. Karan Wahi, known for his roles in Remix, Dill Mill Gaye, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, has previously appeared as a guest on Bigg Boss 13.
