In his message, Mallik outlined the chain of creation for the track, noting that the main version was sung by Armaan Malik and written by the duo Me & Kumaar. He explained that the song was presented to Salman Khan and director Nikhil Advani, who ultimately approved it. Mallik emphasized that without each contributor—Armaan Malik, Me & Kumaar, and Salman Khan—the song would not have reached its current status, and he expressed frustration that his role was being overlooked in celebratory posts.
The dispute began when Salman Khan Films celebrated the tenth anniversary of “Main Hoon Hero Tera” on social media but omitted Mallik’s name as the composer.
