Cinema VinesMalayalam investigative crime thriller "Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar" has entered its 10th day in theatres on Sunday, September 20, and is still climbing the box‑office charts. Film‑industry tracker AB George reported that the film had collected a tracked Kerala gross of ₹1.78 crore from 890 shows up to 4 PM on Sunday. The figure does not include the evening and night screenings that are still running, so the final Sunday total is expected to be higher, and the Day‑10 Kerala gross will ultimately surpass the ₹1.78 crore figure already posted.
AB George also noted that the Day‑10 earnings had already exceeded the Saturday collection at the time of the update. While the full-day numbers are not yet available, the trend suggests that the film will continue to outperform its earlier weekend performance. In addition, the film’s advance booking for Monday had reached ₹16 lakh from 620 shows as of Sunday afternoon, indicating strong anticipation for the next day.
Directed by Shahad and produced by Arjun Selva under 11 Icons, the film follows Aleena, a woman who joins the police force after her husband’s death. Parvathy Thiruvothu plays the lead, with a supporting cast that includes Vijayaraghavan, Mathew Thomas, Sidharth Bharathan, Unnimaya Prasad, Azees Nedumangadu, Vinay Forrt and Radhakrishnan Parthiban, among others. The screenplay was written by PS Subramanian and Vijesh Thottingal, while Roby Varghese Raj handled cinematography and Chaman Chakko edited the film.
Music for the film was composed by Mujeeb Majeed, and the technical crew also features production designer Makesh Mohanan, sound designer Jayadevan Chakkadath, sound mixer Jithin Joseph and costume designer Sameera Saneesh. Central Pictures distributed the film, which has already shown a steady rise in earnings, with Day‑10 figures eclipsing Saturday’s haul.
