Actor Krishnudu, who was recently eliminated from Bigg Boss Telugu 10 after spending only two weeks in the house, has opened up about his experience, health issues, food habits and the reasons behind his early exit. In an exclusive interview with Tupaki after leaving the show, he said the journey was memorable even though it was short.
Krishnudu revealed that he never expected to enter the Bigg Boss house and that the show gave him a completely different experience. "This journey was very memorable. I never expected that I would go to Bigg Boss. Even though I stayed only for two weeks, it is definitely a memorable journey in my life," he said.
During the first week, he was seen as one of the stronger contestants because of his earlier popularity and performance. However, his situation changed in the second week when a decision about his food habits severely affected his health. Known for his love of sweets, chocolates and ice creams, Krishnudu decided to stop eating sweets entirely after entering the house, believing it would be good for his health. "I don’t have diabetes. I love sweets very much. I eat sweets, chocolates and ice creams a lot. Because I suddenly stopped eating them, my body reacted badly," he explained.
Within about four days, he began experiencing severe headaches and weakness. Initially he did not understand what was happening, but after consulting the house doctor multiple times he realized the symptoms were withdrawal reactions. "The withdrawal symptoms became very strong. I thought it was just a headache, but later I understood that my body was reacting because I suddenly stopped sweets," he said.
Krishnudu also highlighted that food in the Bigg Boss house is limited compared to what contestants normally eat outside, and that contestants have no mobile phones, television or contact with the outside world. He added that sleep was another major problem; he usually needs eight to ten hours of rest in a dark room, but the house lights remained on most of the time, making it difficult to sleep. "I normally sleep in a completely dark room. In the Bigg Boss house, there are lights almost all the time. I could not adjust to that atmosphere, and I hardly slept," he said.
Addressing social media trolling, Krishnudu said several people claimed he had diabetes because of his problems with sweets. He clarified that he does not have diabetes and that his health issues were a result of the sudden change in diet and the house conditions.
