Cinema VinesSajid Nadiadwala’s production banner, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited, has secured an additional office footprint in Mumbai’s Andheri West by signing an 11‑month lease at Lotus Grandeur. The agreement, executed with Rhea and Dia Enterprises, covers two office units—Nos. 801 and 802—on the eighth floor of the commercial complex, and includes two reserved parking spaces.
The lease carries a monthly licence fee of ₹5 lakhs, bringing the total licence cost for the full 11‑month term to ₹55 lakhs. The full amount was paid upfront on 16 September 2026, and the contract was formally registered on 21 September. The licence period is set to commence on 1 November 2026. A fit‑out window from 21 September to 31 October has been granted to prepare the spaces before occupancy.
This move expands Nadiadwala Grandson’s presence at Lotus Grandeur to four units in total. Earlier this year, the banner had already leased units 803 and 804 on the same floor for a 28‑month term starting 1 August 2026. That lease carries a monthly fee of ₹8.27 lakhs, with a 5 % escalation after each 12‑month period, and includes a ₹30 lakhs security deposit.
Founded by Sajid Nadiadwala, the production house has backed several high‑profile Hindi films and maintains a substantial business base in Mumbai, one of India’s principal entertainment hubs. The new lease further consolidates its operations in Andheri, reinforcing its strategic presence in the city’s commercial real estate market.
