Cinema VinesSonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have unveiled the first look of their upcoming romantic thriller Tu Hai Meri Kiran, a film written and directed by Karan Rawal that is slated to hit Indian cinemas on 23 October 2026. The poster, which now serves as the film’s official teaser, hints at a blend of love, mystery and suspense while keeping the plot details tightly under wraps.
The new poster marks another on‑screen partnership for the pair, who previously appeared together in Double XL and the 2022 music video “Blockbuster.” Their real‑life romance, which became public before their wedding in June 2024, has added an extra layer of interest to the project. Both actors have been active in recent projects: Sonakshi played a lawyer in the Prime Video film System, while Zaheer’s most recent role was in Ruslaan.
In a nod to classic Bollywood, the film’s title borrows from the iconic song “Kiran” associated with the 1990 romantic thriller Darr, where Juhi Chawla’s character was named Kiran. Though the new story is distinct, the title’s reference to the earlier hit is intended to evoke a familiar romantic‑thriller vibe.
Produced by Vishal Rana under the Echelon Productions banner, Tu Hai Meri Kiran promises a fresh take on the romantic thriller genre. With the first look now released, the film’s promotional campaign has officially begun, and fans can expect to see the couple’s chemistry on the big screen in late 2026.
