Malayalam supernatural comedy “It’s A Medical Miracle” is set to hit the digital arena on October 15, 2026, less than a month after its theatrical launch on September 18. The film, directed by Shyamin Gireesh and written by Nileen Sandra, follows a young man who, after being declared brain‑dead, awakens with the ability to hear everything around him. Determined to discover the nurse whose voice he heard while he was unable to speak, he embarks on a quest that spirals into a tangled web of masks, memories and revenge, with the sounds he hears becoming pivotal to the unfolding drama.
The story is anchored by a strong cast led by Sangeeth Prathap, Sharaf U Dheen and Akhila Bhargavan. Production is backed by Dr. Paul Varghese and Sujith J Nair, while Akhil Xavier delivers the cinematography and Rakesh Cherumadam edits the film. The musical landscape is crafted by Mujeeb Majeed, and Appunni Sajan steers the art direction.
