Playback legend Sonu Nigam has added a new chapter to his real‑estate portfolio, purchasing three commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of more than ₹17 crore. The acquisitions, all located in the Aston commercial tower at Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road, were revealed through property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real‑estate data analytics platform.
The bulk of the deal involved two adjacent first‑floor office spaces, covering a combined carpet area of 3,885.77 sq. ft. Nigam bought these from Singular Health Private Limited for ₹16 crore, which works out to roughly ₹41,175.88 per square foot. He also paid a stamp duty of ₹96 lakhs on the transaction. The units come with dedicated access to four basement car‑parking spaces.
In a separate transaction recorded in the same cycle, Nigam snapped up a ground‑floor office of 258.33 sq. ft. for ₹1 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹6 lakhs. With this purchase, his total holding in the Aston building now spans 4,144.10 sq. ft, and his combined outlay across the three units stands at ₹17 crore, averaging about ₹41,021 per square foot.
These latest acquisitions join a string of real‑estate moves by the singer over the past two years. In late 2025, Nigam leased a 4,257‑sq. ft. office at Trade Centre BKC in Santacruz East to Pattni Hospitality, operators of the café‑bar chain Downtown 29. The five‑year lease is projected to yield more than ₹12.61 crore in cumulative rental income. He also sold land parcels in Raigad district in April and May 2026, fetching ₹1.95 crore for over 1.9 hectares and ₹95 lakhs for a 1.067‑hectare plot.
Meanwhile, Nigam’s father, Agam Kumar Nigam, acquired a 1,197‑sq. m. land parcel in Madh Island in February 2026. The property, which includes a ground‑plus‑one residential and commercial structure, was purchased for ₹10 crore. With Andheri West’s reputation as a commercial hub for media and entertainment firms, Nigam’s new holdings underscore the growing interest among Bollywood personalities in Mumbai’s suburban real‑estate market.
