Renowned singer, songwriter and composer Vishal Dadlani has recently divested a commercial property in Mumbai’s Goregaon West, selling the unit for ₹3.34 crore as recorded in October 2026. The transaction was logged on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal for Maharashtra and involved a stamp duty of ₹20.04 lakhs and registration fees of ₹30,000.
The property, situated in the Shalimar Miracle complex, covers a carpet area of 641 sq ft (59.55 sq m) with a total built‑up space of 769.51 sq ft (71.49 sq m). Dadlani originally purchased the unit in 2016 for ₹3.25 crore, meaning the sale yields a modest 2.8% gain over the decade‑long holding period.
Despite the small profit margin, the sale underscores Dadlani’s continued engagement in the entertainment industry, where he remains active as a playback singer, songwriter, composer and a key member of the electronic duo Pentagram. His vocal contributions include hits such as “Dhoom Again,” “Baby Doll,” “Malhari,” “Jai Jai Shivshankar” and “Badtameez Dil.”
Goregaon West is a mixed residential and commercial neighbourhood in Mumbai’s western suburbs, connected via the Western Express Highway, SV Road, Link Road, the Goregaon railway station and the Mumbai Metro. The property’s sale adds to the growing list of celebrity real‑estate transactions in the city, where many public figures maintain commercial and residential holdings.
With the sale completed, Dadlani can refocus his energies on upcoming projects in film music, independent releases and live performances, while the Mumbai real‑estate market continues to attract high‑profile buyers and sellers alike.
