Actor Saif Ali Khan has secured a five‑year lease for two commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri East, with a combined monthly rent of ₹22.76 lakh. The properties, located on Kanakia Wall Street along the Andheri‑Kurla Road in Chakala, sit on the higher floor of the building’s A‑Wing and cover a total RERA carpet area of 5,692 square feet. The rental rate works out to roughly ₹400 per square foot per month and includes dedicated parking for six vehicles.
The lease agreement, registered on 29 September 2026, was signed between Khan, represented by his appointed attorney, and Durva Fintech Private Limited, whose director Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva acted on the company’s behalf. The contract spans from 10 May 2026 to 9 May 2031, features a 36‑month lock‑in period, and stipulates an annual rent increase of 5%. Over the full 60‑month term, the projected rental revenue exceeds ₹14 crore.
To secure the lease, Durva Fintech paid an interest‑free security deposit of ₹2.36 crore, which amounts to about 10.4 months of the opening rent. Khan had purchased the two units in November 2025 for a total investment of over ₹30 crore, adding another lucrative property to his growing Mumbai portfolio.
Previously, Khan rented out his 1,500‑square‑foot residence at Fortune Heights in Bandra to a media production company for ₹3.5 lakh per month under a multi‑year agreement. The new office lease further diversifies his real‑estate income streams while he continues to work on projects such as Pulkit’s crime drama Kartavya and Priyadarshan’s action thriller Haiwaan, where he reunites with Akshay Kumar.
