Actor Ranbir Kapoor has turned his Pune residence into a lucrative income stream by leasing the 10th‑floor apartment at Trump Towers, Kalyani Nagar, for a monthly rent of ₹4.63 lakh. The three‑year leave‑and‑licence agreement, registered on 6 October 2026, is set to bring the star approximately ₹1.75 crore in rental earnings over its duration.
The property, spanning roughly 6,094 square feet and featuring three covered parking spaces, is located in Tower A of Trump Towers in Yerwada. Ruchi Goel is named as the licensee, while Kapoor’s power‑of‑attorney, Shanti Shivdas Malik, represents him in the contract. The lease runs from 20 September 2026 to 19 September 2029, with the rent increasing by 5% annually: ₹4.63 lakh in year one, ₹4.86 lakh in year two, and ₹5.11 lakh in year three. A security deposit of ₹27.78 lakh accompanies the agreement.
Kapoor and his late father, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, originally purchased apartments at Trump Towers in 2015 for around ₹13 crore each. The latest lease deal comes as the actor gears up for the promotion of his upcoming film, Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and slated for a 5 November 2026 theatrical release. The international trailer for the film was recently unveiled at a grand event in Bengaluru, where Kapoor joined the cast and makers.
