Saif Ali Khan sells Bandra West flat; fetches 4.11 crore for 797‑sq‑ft unit

Actor Saif Ali Khan has sold a 797‑square‑foot apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for ₹4.11 crore. The unit, part of Hi‑Cons Residency, also came with two open parking spaces. The sale deed was registered on 19 October 2026, but the agreement to sell was signed on 7 March 2024 and officially registered on 11 March 2024. The buyers took possession on 7 March 2024. According to the registration records, the transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹24.66 lakhs.

The property’s history dates back to 30 March 2007, when Khan bought a 6,000‑square‑foot carpet‑area unit from Hi‑Con Constructions for ₹9.7 crore. The original unit, which included parking, was later subdivided on 19 June 2014 into three apartments: a 2,997‑sq‑ft flat, a 2,205‑sq‑ft unit, and the 797‑sq‑ft apartment now sold. The initial purchase price of ₹9.7 crore covered all three units.

Beyond the Bandra West sale, Khan has leased commercial space in Mumbai. Property records show he leased 5,692 sq‑ft of RERA carpet area on Andheri Kurla Road to Durva Fintech Private Limited for a monthly rent of ₹22.76 lakhs. The leave‑and‑license agreement, registered on 29 September 2026, covers a five‑year term from 10 May 2026 to 9 May 2031. Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva, a director at Durva Fintech, is listed as the licensee, while Khan acted as licensor through his attorney.

Khan also owns a 6,500‑sq‑ft apartment in Satguru Sharan, Mumbai, which he purchased from Satguru Builders in April 2012 for ₹23.50 crore. Prior to that, he and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan lived in the Fortune Heights complex in Bandra. In April 2016, he bought a 950‑sq‑ft apartment there for ₹7 crore.
