Actor Tiger Shroff has recently sold a Mumbai apartment in the upscale Khar West area for ₹9 crore, according to property registration documents released by CRE Matrix. The transaction, recorded on 22 October 2026, involved a ninth‑floor unit in the Rustomjee Paramount D Co‑operative Housing Society. The flat covers a carpet area of 1,291.14 sq ft, with an exclusive area of 95.80 sq ft, and was sold at an approximate rate of ₹64,891 per square foot. The deal also included two covered parking spaces and a stamp duty payment of ₹54 lakhs.
Shroff originally bought the property from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited on 17 July 2018 for ₹7.61 crore and took possession on 30 November 2019. The actor could not be reached for comment on the latest sale. This is not the first time he has flipped a unit in the same complex; a year earlier he sold a 22‑floor apartment for ₹15.6 crore, a 31% profit on a purchase price of ₹11.62 crore in 2018. That unit measured 1,989.72 sq ft of carpet area and included three parking spaces, with stamp duty of ₹93.60 lakhs.
Earlier in 2026 Shroff also sold a Pune property in Hadapsar for ₹8.87 crore. The 4,249‑sq‑ft apartment in the Yoo Pune building, developed by Panchshil Realty, was bought in March 2024 for ₹7.5 crore, yielding an 18.3% gross return on investment. The Pune sale, registered on 31 March 2026, was valued at roughly ₹20,891 per square foot and included three parking spaces, with stamp duty exceeding ₹62 lakhs.
Shroff, the son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff, first entered Bollywood with the 2014 film Heropanti and is known for his action roles and dance numbers. The latest property sale comes just days after an alleged shooting incident in Mumbai’s Juhu area, where two men reportedly fired at his car on the evening of 18 October. Shroff escaped unharmed, though his driver and a bystander were injured.
