Bollywood star John Abraham has added a new jewel to his real‑estate portfolio, acquiring a high‑end bungalow in Mumbai’s coveted Bandra (West) area for ₹84 crore. The transaction, officially recorded on July 14, 2026, was confirmed by property registration papers reviewed by the real‑estate consultancy Liases Foras.
The 1,017.60‑square‑metre plot on St Martin Road now houses a freehold bungalow with a built‑up area of roughly 193.12 m², plus an additional outhouse covering about 31.50 m². Bandra (West) is renowned for its upscale residences and is a favourite among entertainment‑industry figures.
Abraham, who keeps his private life largely out of the limelight, has long been in the news for his diverse film work and entrepreneurial ventures. His recent roles include the political thriller The Diplomat and the action film Tehran, showcasing his preference for both content‑driven projects and mainstream blockbusters.
Looking ahead, the actor is slated to play Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria in an upcoming biopic, a role that has already sparked excitement among fans. He will also reprise his popular character ACP Yashvardhan Singh in Force 3, the third instalment of the successful action franchise.
With this significant property purchase and an engaging slate of films on the horizon, John Abraham continues to command attention both on and off the screen.
