Rahul Sipligunj Explains FIR on Him; Denies Threatening Woman

Rahul Sipligunj, a Telugu singer and Bigg Boss Telugu 3 winner, has been named in an FIR for alleged blackmail and threat in a marriage case. He claims the woman who filed the complaint reached a compromise with him and the accused.
