Veteran Bengali filmmaker Raja Sen has been hospitalized in critical condition in Kolkata, India. He has been under close observation and on a ventilator due to age-related ailments and health complications. Raja Sen's ongoing health issues began years ago with a severe back injury he sustained on the set of his film Maya Mridanga.
