Sooraj Barjatya’s latest musical family drama, Yeh Prem Mol Liya, has officially wrapped up filming, with the final day’s shoot in Mumbai concluding on a high note. The wrap photo, taken after the last take, showcases the director alongside lead actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari, veteran Anupam Kher, and the rest of the crew celebrating the film’s completion.
In the image, Barjatya holds a clapboard bearing the title and the words “It’s a wrap.” Khurrana, dressed in an off‑white kurta and a red stole, and Sharvari, wearing a traditional red saree, stand beside him with broad smiles, jointly holding the board. Kher stands close to the director, while other cast and crew members gather around, all dressed in colourful traditional attire that echoes the family‑centric vibe synonymous with Rajshri productions.
Produced by Rajshri Productions Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with Mahaveer Jain Films, the movie marks Khurrana’s debut as Rajshri’s iconic “Prem” character, a role previously immortalised by Salman Khan. The story is said to retain Barjatya’s signature themes of relationships, family values and emotional storytelling, but it is framed from a contemporary, Gen Z perspective.
The project also reunites Barjatya with composer Himesh Reshammiya, their first collaboration since 2015’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Alongside Khurrana and Sharvari, the film features a strong supporting cast led by Anupam Kher and several seasoned performers.
With filming now complete, the makers will move into post‑production as they prepare for the film’s theatrical release. Yeh Prem Mol Liya is scheduled to hit cinemas on November 27, 2026.
