In Mumbai, actor Rithvik Dhanjani revealed that reality television offers actors instant validation, fame and financial rewards, saying the medium is a fast track to success. The 37‑year‑old, who has already appeared on “Nach Baliye 6” and “Khatron Ke Khiladi 8,” also hosts shows such as “Super Dancer,” “India’s Best Dramebaaz” and “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11.”
Dhanjani is now competing in “Khatron Ke Khiladi 15,” marking his third stint on the action‑adventure series after seasons six and ten. In a recent interview with PTI, he explained that the adrenaline rush and excitement of the show are what keep him coming back, likening the experience to a child in a candy store or at a theme park.
He added that the current season, hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty, has rekindled a competitive spirit in him. “Seeing fellow contestants like Avinash and Farrhana doing phenomenal work has reignited my hunger, passion and a touch of madness,” he said. “It reminds me that no matter where you are in life, you should keep going and not give up.”
When asked if he would consider returning after this season, Dhanjani expressed openness to the idea. He hopes to win the current edition so he won’t have to go through the process again, but he also said he would gladly participate again if offered, citing the show as a valuable platform for his career.
