Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi has once again stepped into the real‑estate arena, this time purchasing a high‑value apartment in Mumbai’s Vile Parle West. On July 31, 2026, the actor and his mother, Meenal Laxman Chaturvedi, completed the acquisition of a seventh‑floor unit in the Namo Krishna residential complex on 10 N S Road. The property, with a RERA‑registered carpet area of 1,640.63 square feet and a total area of 1,804.67 square feet, also comes with an automatic robotic car parking space. The transaction was executed through Relcon Infraprojects Ltd, with the duo paying Rs 75.76 lakh in stamp duty.
Just weeks earlier, the same mother‑son pair had secured another apartment in the same building. On June 19, 2026, they bought a sixth‑floor unit for Rs 13.91 crores. That apartment, larger at 2,173.87 square feet of carpet area and 222.24 square metres of built‑up space, was purchased from Suchita Ramesh Deora under an Agreement for Sale. Together, the two deals have seen the Chaturvedis spend more than Rs 26.5 crores on properties within the same residential complex.
Chaturvedi’s real‑estate ventures come as he continues to build his film career. He first appeared on screen in the Amazon Prime Video series Inside Edge (2017‑2019), portraying a teenage cricketer. He later made a supporting appearance in the 2019 musical drama Gully Boy, before taking on lead roles in projects such as Gehraiyaan (2022) and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan (2023). The actor’s growing portfolio has kept him in the public eye, making his property purchases a topic of interest for fans and industry watchers alike.
