Bhatt described Raha as a whirlwind of energy that instantly captures the attention of everyone in the household, claiming that her vibrant personality has already made her the centre of attention at home.
Speaking about the little girl’s charisma, Bhatt said, “She’ll outdistance Ranbir Kapoor and Alia by miles. She’s different. She has a different vibe. When she comes, the whole house becomes hostage to her energy. For those few hours, she becomes the centre of everything.” The filmmaker went on to compare Raha to a younger Pooja Bhatt, noting that moments spent with the girl evoke memories of his late daughter’s childhood.
Bhatt recounted a recent outing with Neetu Kapoor to her school’s Grandparents’ Day, where he and Neetu held Raha’s hand while walking through a cloud of soap bubbles. He said the experience reminded him of walking with Pooja as a child, adding, “It brought back memories of walking with Pooja when she was little. Suddenly, time collapsed. She is a vibrant version of Pooja.”
Raha, the daughter of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, was born in 2022 after the couple’s intimate wedding at their residence. The couple introduced her to the world when she turned one, and the baby quickly drew comparisons to both her mother and her late grandfather, Rishi Kapoor.
Alia Bhatt recently spoke about Raha’s impact on her husband in a podcast with Jay Shetty.
