The moment unfolded when Uditi Singh told Mahhi Vij that she would explain the terms to her. Seizing the opportunity, Qazi approached Mary Kom and asked if she knew what a situationship or benching meant. When she admitted she didn’t, Qazi launched into his own version: “Situationship means they will go on a ship and create a situation there. But the ship stops in the middle of the ocean. That is called Situationship.” He then described benching as, “Benching is Ladka bench pe bethega aur ladki ko bench ke neeche letate hain. Ladki uska joota saaf karegi, yeh musibat discuss ho rahi hai.” The absurdity of the explanation sparked a flood of comments, with fans laughing, calling it epic, and asking Mary to learn the real definitions.
Qazi Touqeer first burst onto the music scene after winning the 2005 reality show Gurukul, a competition that also featured future superstar Arijit Singh.
