Fans noted that Teejay was also absent from Mumbai following the death of Karanvir’s father, Mahendra Bohra, earlier this year, which further fed the gossip cycle.
In a recent interview with The Times of India, Bohra addressed the buzz without confirming or denying any break-up. He made it clear that he wishes to keep his private life out of the public eye, stating, “I would not like to talk about this right now. When I don’t want to discuss something, I respectfully say so, and I hope people respect that.” When asked how he deals with the constant speculation, the actor added that he has learned to ignore negative comments, saying, “I don’t let anything bother me. Even when netizens say something nasty, I don’t get hurt.”
The couple have been married for nearly twenty years and are parents to three daughters. Twin girls Bella and Vienna were born in 2016, and their youngest, Gia Vanessa, arrived in December 2020. Teejay moved to Canada with the children a few years ago to provide a better educational environment, and the family has since been based there. Bohra splits his time between Canada, where his family lives, and Mumbai, where he continues to act.
