Dulquer Salmaan’s latest Malayalam venture, I’m Game, is set to hit the streaming platform JioHotstar on November 6, 2026, after a theatrical run that began on September 3, 2026. The fantasy‑action thriller, directed by Nahas Hidhayath, follows the story of Dan John, a wealthy Hyderabad businessman whose gambling addiction spirals into a chaotic series of events, culminating in a road accident that changes his life forever.
The film boasts a strong ensemble cast. In addition to Salmaan’s lead role, the screen features Antony Varghese, Kayadu Lohar, Samyuktha Viswanathan, Kathir, Vinay Forrt and Parth Tiwari. Notably, the film marks the debut of filmmaker Mysskin in Malayalam cinema, where he appears alongside the other actors in a pivotal role.
Salmaan not only stars but also co‑produces the film under the Wayfarer Films banner, partnering with Jom Varghese. Hidhayath crafted the story and helmed the direction, while the screenplay was a collaborative effort by Sajeer Baba, Ismail Aboobacker and Bilal Moidu. The technical crew includes cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, editor Chaman Chakko, and composer Jakes Bejoy, who provided the music and score. Production designer Ajayan Chalissery, sports choreographer Robert Miller, and sound mixer Kannan Ganpat rounded out the creative team, with Egg White VFX handling visual effects.
Set to be available in five languages—Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada—I’m Game will reach a broad audience on JioHotstar, pending the platform’s subscription requirements. The film’s release strategy follows the typical pattern of a theatrical premiere succeeded by a digital launch, allowing fans to experience the high‑energy fantasy action in the comfort of their homes.
